The sale of a forbidden artifact triggers a catastrophe deep beneath a ruined dwarven manufactory. As the guests mutate into abominations and the exits are sealed, the characters must survive the underground nightmare and escape the guardian sent to hunt them down.

The Veiled Merchants host their secret auctions beneath Kostryl’s Ironwrought Assembly, a long-abandoned golem foundry. Madessa Vren wants the characters to acquire the radiant Gilded Egg of Shurraad, but rival merchant Kelvos Marronis approaches them with a more lucrative offer. The evening promises valuable prizes, though not everyone behind a mask has come to buy...

When a doppelganger betrays the gathering and the featured egg shatters, the auction hall erupts in supernatural horror. Guests undergo grotesque transformations as aberrant magic spreads through the complex. Faylen Kael, the ruthless Auction Master, seals the facility and dispatches the Lockwarden, an adamantine construct built to enforce his will.

The party must find another way out. A sabotaged elevator stands between them and freedom, and repairing it means searching the foundry for ancient dwarven components. Glyph traps threaten every step, while the Lockwarden relentlessly pursues the survivors. To make it out alive, the characters will need to think quickly and choose their allies carefully.
