Beneath a secluded country inn, a vanished painter has left behind his most disturbing creation: a dungeon conjured from canvas and pigment, where the boundaries of art and reality have all but disappeared.

The patrons of the Copper Kettle Inn have grown uneasy since the disappearance of Maervik Gharome, a reclusive artist whose final self-portrait seems to follow onlookers with its unblinking gaze. Tales of missing models and a guest who vanished inside a seemingly ordinary room fuel the rumors, but the truth is far more sinister. Beneath the inn lies a hidden realm brought into existence by Maervik's dying hand, the last refuge of a man who sold his soul to the archdevil Moal'dax in exchange for artistic perfection.

In this one-shot horror adventure, characters enter a nightmarish dungeon where painted passages twist into new shapes and infernal pigment seeps through the walls. Each chamber reveals another fragment of Maervik's unraveling mind, turning his obsession into a gauntlet of surreal dangers and deadly defenses. Yet the greatest threat awaits at the heart of the dungeon: the Brush of Moal'dax, an infernal artifact hungry for a new wielder. Will the characters destroy the legacy of a damned artist, or succumb to the promise of power that ruined him?
