Hunger in the Bilge Roll20 Module with PDF (Level 5-8)

A one-shot of cursed temples, plague zombies, and naval horror

A forbidden temple dedicated to the Abyssal powers suddenly manifests above a remote coastline, prompting Lord Bareon Rudd Drayl to send the warship Spear of the Coast on a perilous reconnaissance mission. But the search for answers unleashes a nightmare of necromancy and betrayal, leaving the crew trapped aboard a vessel overrun by the undead.

The rocky shores of Vayron’s Refuge conceal a terrifying discovery: a black temple devoted to the Blood Queen Faeryl Myrryn has appeared from nowhere. Under the command of Captain Treslo Marn, the characters investigate the ominous site, following traces of supernatural teleportation to a confrontation with the fiendish guardian Blorgzemo.

As the party battles through the temple’s altar chamber, another threat emerges beyond its walls. The escaped wight lord Simeon Supploke has infiltrated the warship, hiding in the bilge and preparing to seize control while the crew remains distracted.

The consequences are devastating. Plague zombies spread throughout the ship, frightened sailors barricade their cabins, and infected crewmates beg the characters for mercy. With the crew collapsing into panic, the party must locate the magical feather tokens that can summon reinforcements before the undead claim the vessel.

Featuring sinister dungeon encounters, black magic, and claustrophobic maritime survival, this dark fantasy one-shot forces players to make difficult choices under pressure. Trust is scarce, resources are running out, and the hidden zombiemancer behind the outbreak remains one step ahead.
