Hunger in the Bilge PDF (Level 5-8) (Pathfinder 2e)

A one-shot of undead horror and naval survival on haunted seas

When a fragment of an Abyssal temple mysteriously appears atop a forgotten sea cliff, Lord Bareon Rudd Drayl sends the warship Spear of the Coast to investigate the supernatural phenomenon. What begins as a dangerous expedition soon spirals into a fight for survival against a hidden necromancer, a spreading undead plague, and a deadly conspiracy threatening everyone aboard.

Near the desolate rocks of Vayron’s Refuge, a black temple dedicated to the Blood Queen Faeryl Myrryn has appeared where no structure stood before. The characters join Captain Treslo Marn and his crew to explore the ominous ruins, uncovering traces of dark teleportation magic and a fiendish guardian known as Blorgzemo lurking within.

But the danger extends far beyond Blackstone Cliff. While the characters battle enemies in the temple’s altar chamber, the escaped wight lord Simeon Supploke infiltrates the warship, hiding in the bilge as he plots to seize control from within.

What follows is a claustrophobic descent into chaos: sailors transformed into ravenous plague zombies, barricaded cabins consumed by fear and suspicion, infected crewmates begging for mercy, and a desperate race to recover the magical feather tokens needed to summon reinforcements.

Blending dungeon exploration, nautical adventure, and undead survival horror, this dark fantasy one-shot challenges players to choose between stealth and steel, compassion and pragmatism. Supplies are dwindling, the crew is turning against itself, and an unseen zombiemancer is orchestrating the carnage from the shadows.
