Hunger in the Bilge FoundryVTT Module with PDF (Level 5-8)

A one-shot of dark necromancy and survival horror on the high seas

The sudden appearance of an Abyssal temple on a forgotten sea cliff sets a deadly investigation in motion. Acting on the orders of Lord Bareon Rudd Drayl, the warship Spear of the Coast sails to uncover the truth, only for its crew to face a spreading zombie plague and a sinister undead mastermind hiding aboard their own vessel.

Near the isolated rocks of Vayron’s Refuge, a black temple honoring the Blood Queen Faeryl Myrryn stands as an impossible monument to dark magic as it appeared seemingly overnight. Captain Treslo Marn leads the characters into the mysterious structure, where they discover signs of teleportation magic and encounter Blorgzemo, a dangerous fiendish guardian.

While the party confronts the temple’s defenders in the altar chamber, the escaped wight lord Simeon Supploke makes his move behind the attackers back. Having infiltrated the warship and concealed himself in the bilge, he begins plotting to overthrow the crew without revealing his presence.

The resulting nightmare unfolds through narrow corridors and hurriedly blockaded cabins as sailors become plague zombies, survivors succumb to fear and suspicion, as infected crewmates desperately plead for their lives. To escape the escalating crisis, the characters must recover the magical feather tokens required to summon reinforcements.

This supernatural adventure brings together dark dungeon exploration, maritime intrigue, and intense undead encounters. With the ship descending into chaos and supplies growing scarce, the characters must outwit an unseen zombiemancer before the entire crew falls under his control one way or another.
